The Steering Committee for ETUG (or SCETUG) meets 10 times during the academic year (September to June).

SCETUG meets in a dedicated Collaborate (formerly Elluminate Live) room on the third Wednesday of every month from  9:00 am to 10:30 am.

In addition, SCETUG members participate in subcommittee and task group work throughout the year to plan ETUG activities and events. SCETUG working drafts and plans can be found at http://scetug.pbworks.com

SCETUG also meets face-to-face in the fall for a one day planning session. This year’s session will be held on November 3rd prior to the Fall workshop at Kwantlen University, Richmond campus.
