The Steering Committee for ETUG (or SCETUG) meets 10 times during the academic year (September to June).

SCETUG meets in a dedicated Blackboard Collaborate Room on the third Wednesday of every month from  9:30 am to 10:30 am.

In addition, SCETUG members participate in subcommittee and task group work throughout the year to plan ETUG activities and events. SCETUG working drafts and plans can be found at the wiki scetug.pbworks.com

SCETUG also meets face-to-face in the Fall for a one day planning session. This year’s session was held on November 1st prior to the Fall workshop at BCIT, downtown campus.
