ETUG Fall Workshop 2015
Registration Fees: $35 + taxes.
Includes continental breakfast, lunch & refreshment breaks and sessions. Registration will be open until November 2nd, 2015.
How to Register

Complete the online form. Payment for registration fees will be accepted by credit card on-line via a secure server.
All credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars and are subject to current exchange rates.
Cancellations and Refunds
Full refunds, will be granted to cancellations received by October 26, 2015. No refunds will be issued after that date. Refunds will be issued after the workshop and will not be given to no-shows.
Substitutions: Registrations may be transferred to another individual with prior notification up to the cancellation date. Shared registrations will not be permitted.
Confirmation of your registration
When you register on-line and pay by credit card, you will receive immediate confirmation by e-mail via our server.
Please print out your receipt from the web as this will be your original copy.
