How to Register
REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.
The Fall workshop fee is $25 + HST (Includes workshop sessions, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch). All credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars and are subject to current exchange rates.
Cancellations and Refunds
Full refunds, will be granted to cancellations received by Oct 26, 2011. No refunds will be issued after that date. Refunds will be issued after the workshop and will not be given to no-shows.
Registrations may be transferred to another individual with prior notification up to the cancellation date. Shared registrations will not be allowed.
The ETUG workshop planning committee, BCcampus and Simon Fraser University accept no responsibility for accidents, losses, thefts, damages, delays, or any changes in the workshop program resulting from unforeseen events. All services offered have been arranged with contracted agencies. The ETUG workshop planning committee, BCcampus and Simon Fraser University assume no responsibility for actions taken by these agencies or any accidents, losses, thefts, damages, cancellations or changes which may occur before, during or after the ETUG workshop.
Please note recordings and photos will be taken at the workshop and shared on ETUG and BCcampus web sites under the Creative Commons License Attribute and Share-Alike.
Confirmation and Receipts
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration sent to the e-mail addressed provided during registration.
You will also receive a credit card receipt from Moneris verifying your payment. Please print out copies of both as these will be your official receipt and confirmation of registration.
