If you are passionate about sharing your ideas, strategies, or experiences, we encourage you to submit a proposal for one of the dynamic session types outlined below.

Please use the provided prompts as inspiration to craft your proposal. You can submit proposals to both session types: Interactive Presentations and the Demo-Fest, or to just one session type. The Call for Proposals closes March 16th, 2025, at 9:00AM.

Interactive presentations will be 15 or 30 minutes inclusive of Q&A.

The changing landscape of post-secondary in BC is forcing institutions to alter their approach to learning design and delivery, as well as student support. Increasingly, we are asked to leverage technology to meet these new demands. In addition, we recognize the need to demonstrate the value of our work in providing ed-tech support and solutions to our institutions. Meeting these demands requires collaboration, co-creation, and creativity. We are looking for proposals under the following themes:

Collaboration across departments, institutions, and partners involving ed-tech

  • Projects with industry partners
  • Cross-departmental projects
  • Students as partners

Creative technological approaches to design, delivery, and support

  • Redesign in a time of change
  • Innovative approaches to ed-tech
  • Changing delivery modalities

Demonstrating the value and the limitations of ed-tech and our services

  • Optimizing tools
  • Supporting students
  • Communicating impact
  • Accessibility

The Call for Proposals closes March 16th, 2025, at 9:00AM.
