The changing landscape of post-secondary in BC is forcing institutions to alter their approach to learning design and delivery, as well as student support. Increasingly, we are asked to leverage technology to meet these new demands. In addition, we recognize the need to demonstrate the value of our work in providing ed-tech support and solutions to our institutions. Meeting these demands requires collaboration, co-creation, and creativity. We are looking for proposals under the following themes:
Collaboration across departments, institutions, and partners involving ed-tech
- Projects with industry partners
- Cross-departmental projects
- Students as partners
Creative technological approaches to design, delivery, and support
- Redesign in a time of change
- Innovative approaches to ed-tech
- Changing delivery modalities
Demonstrating the value and the limitations of ed-tech and our services
- Optimizing tools
- Supporting students
- Communicating impact
- Accessibility
We will be hosting a casual social gathering after Day 1 at an off-site location (location TBA). Attendees are welcome to join, but please note that transportation and any food or drinks will be at your own expense. We’d love to see you there!
